You can’t remember what’s in there. If you haven’t visited in 6 months and can’t list the contents, you’re paying to store things you don’t need.

The monthly cost has passed the value of the stuff inside. Add up 12 months of rent. If that total is more than what you’d pay to replace everything in the unit, the math doesn’t work.

You inherited someone else’s unit. Estate cleanouts and family storage situations are some of our busiest jobs. Someone passes away or moves into assisted living, and the family gets a unit full of decades of belongings.

The facility is raising rates. Tucson storage facilities have been bumping prices steadily. A rate increase is a good deadline to force the decision.

The Sort-and-Decide System That Works
